However, please be mindful of your rental car benefits on your insurance. Consult your insurance company regarding your rental car benefits. Disney Paint and Body works closely with all the major insurance companies and can easily advise them of any work and repairs that need to be done to your vehicle.

First of all, we’re sorry you’re in this position. We are here to guide your through the repair process. If your vehicle is not drivable, please do not drive it due to safety concerns. Call us and we will arrange towing if needed. If your vehicle is drivable, and you feel safe in doing so, bring it in to meet with one of our advisors for an estimate.

Unfortunately, no. Before we return your vehicle in pre-accident condition, we require full payment of the insurance deductible or the complete bill if paying out-of-pocket.

You do not have to have more than one estimate to complete insurance company requirements and begin work on your vehicle.

The average time for a vehicle to be in a repair shop is two weeks, so ask your insurance agent about your car rental coverage.
