Richard has worked in the auto body repair industry since 1989. He opened Disney Paint and Body, Inc. in 1999. He has earned ICAR Platinum training level as a non-structural technician, structural technician, refinish technician, and an estimator. He also holds certifications for aluminum repair which is a new trend in vehicle manufacturing. He is personally committed to continued training and education in the automotive collision repair industry to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to manufacturers' guidelines and restored to pre-accident condition. He encourages his employees to maintain an individual platinum education status in order to maintain the Business Gold Class designation. Having an ICAR Business Gold Class designation shows a dedication to continuing education and industry specific training. His outstanding reputation characterizes the personal values he sets for himself and his employees.
Richard also serves on both the I-CAR Southeast US/Jacksonville Advisory Committee and the Clay County Automotive Advisory Board. Both of these entities promote industry education/continuing education in our community.
